Silvia Li Puma is a Senior Advisor at KeyPartners, specializing in leadership assessment, training, and development. With over 20 years of experience as an HR consultant, she designs and delivers customized coaching programs—both individual and group-based—helping organizations foster leadership growth and enhance team dynamics.

Beyond project execution, Silvia plays an active role in business development, collaborating closely with colleagues to analyze client needs, craft tailored proposals, and develop effective methodologies. Her strategic mindset and hands-on approach ensure that each initiative aligns with the unique objectives of the organizations she supports.

Passionate about personal and professional growth, Silvia thrives in projects that focus on people development. She has a particular interest in emotional intelligence, organizational well-being, stress management, and work-life integration. She enjoys facilitating group coaching sessions and working on interpersonal dynamics, creating meaningful impact for individuals and teams.

Silvia began her career at Ernst & Young in 1999 before moving into multinational HR consulting firms such as HayGroup and Mercer, where she held the role of Senior Associate, managing both business development and project execution.

She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rome La Sapienza and a specialization in psychotherapy with a transactional analysis focus (CTA-P certified). Silvia is a certified coach, having completed her diploma at SCOA (The School of Coaching) and earning a WABC certification. Additionally, she is certified in the DISC assessment tool and has completed a postgraduate Master’s in HR Management and Organization at Luiss Management in Rome.

A sports and travel enthusiast, Silvia embraces an active lifestyle. She is fluent in Italian and has a good command of English.
