Silvia Aprosio is an Senior Advisor, Assessor, Executive Coach, and Master Trainer at KeyPartners, bringing 30 years of expertise in talent assessment, leadership development, and strategic HR management. She specializes in designing and implementing competency models, conducting Assessment & Development Centers, and delivering tailored training programs that drive both individual and organizational growth.
With a strong passion for leadership development, Silvia works closely with companies to enhance managerial skills and foster high-performing teams. She leverages her expertise in coaching interventions and skill-building initiatives to help leaders navigate challenges, unlock their full potential, and create a culture of continuous growth. Additionally, she oversees employee engagement surveys, ensuring organizations cultivate positive, motivating, and high-impact work environments.
Before joining KeyPartners, Silvia played a pivotal role in managing DDI projects and clients in Italy, collaborating with medium to large international corporations. She is a Master Trainer & Certified Assessor, with extensive experience in delivering leadership training, coaching programs, and assessment & development centers. As a seasoned project leader, she has successfully managed complex HR initiatives, optimized processes, and built high-performing teams.
Silvia holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Genoa and has completed numerous certifications in executive coaching and leadership assessment, including Hogan, Thomas Suite, PDA/PDA Coaching, Future Coaching, Ikigai Coaching, and DDI products certification. Her deep knowledge of emotional intelligence, behavioral science, and change management further enhances her ability to support professionals in their leadership journey.
Outside of work, Silvia enjoys staying active through fitness and meditation, as well as traveling to explore new cultures. She is also an avid reader, particularly interested in psychology and wellness, and dedicates time to volunteering as an end-of-life spiritual caregiver, offering comfort and support to those in their final stages of life.
She is fluent in Italian (native), English, and French.
