Principal
Damiano Bianco is a Principal at (the Verona office of) KeyPartners, where he specializes in executive search for the Industrial & Manufacturing sector. He manages C-Suite and Senior Executive Leadership searches, as well as top and middle management mandates, partnering with SMEs, Private Equity–backed companies, and multinational corporations across Northeastern Italy and in international markets.
Damiano began his career in Asia, gaining early experience in executive recruitment and HR consulting in China, Hong Kong, and Japan. These formative years gave him a strong cross-cultural foundation and exposure to dynamic, high-growth environments.
Back in Italy, he built his career within both boutique and multinational executive search firms, developing a solid track record in identifying and securing leadership talent for complex and high-impact roles. Over the years, he has supported industrial clients and institutional investors across the Triveneto and nationwide, while also delivering on international assignments in Europe and the United States.
At KeyPartners, Damiano combines deep knowledge of Italy’s industrial ecosystem with an international perspective, ensuring a rigorous, transparent approach to executive search and a strong focus on long-term client success.
He holds a Master’s degree in Languages, Economics and Institutions of Eastern Asia from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
He speaks Italian (native), English (fluent), Mandarin Chinese and Japanese (good working proficiency).
Outside of work, he is passionate about modern history and geopolitics, and actively contributes to cultural and institutional initiatives, including events that foster dialogue between Italy and China.
