Luca Maria de’ Finis is a founding partner of KeyPartners, where he plays a key role in the firm’s growth across multiple markets. With extensive experience in executive search and talent advisory, he specializes in C-suite and senior leadership recruitment across industries such as finance, engineering, business services and technology.
Before founding KeyPartners, Luca held senior leadership positions in two leading listed multinational executive search firms. He was responsible for business expansion, strategic development, and the establishment of specialized recruitment practices, significantly contributing to their growth.
At KeyPartners, Luca focuses on driving growth, improving operations, and delivering talent solutions. He has helped organizations in tackling hiring challenges, outsourcing talent needs, and assessing leadership.
Luca graduated in the US before earning his degree in Economics in Italy, gaining an international perspective that shapes his approach. He is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
Outside of work, Luca is passionate about racket sports and enjoys spending time with his family in outdoor activities. He has recently taken on the challenge of training for long distance triathlon, finding great satisfaction in endurance sports.
