Barbara Antonazzo, Partner at KeyPartners, specializes in Executive Search for leadership roles across the Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Human Resources practices. She has extensive experience in the search and selection of senior executive profiles, including Chief Executive Officers, Country Managers and other senior leadership roles.
Throughout her career, she has supported complex organizations through executive search services, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, coaching, and the design of RPO models for highly structured and strategically impactful recruiting needs.
She holds a degree in International Political Science and a Master’s in Human Resources Management. Barbara has over twenty years of experience in the HR field, gained within multinational and complex corporate environments.
For more than 15 years, she was part of the Italian leadership team of a multinational company, where she led specialized practices for qualified and managerial profiles. In this role, she coordinated consulting teams, developed long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries, and advised decision makers on search strategies, end-to-end recruitment processes, and organizational choices related to skills, talent positioning, and market dynamics.
Prior to joining KeyPartners, she spent over 10 years as HR Director, leading HR functions with responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Payroll and Employment Legislation. She combined strategic vision with operational execution, focusing on attraction strategies, key role mapping, critical pipeline development, and advanced selection processes.
She works closely with top management to align capabilities, organizational evolution and growth objectives, contributing to the development of future- ready and sustainable human capital.
